Instead they give deadzone for only one stick with inadequate low range for settings. No, they can, they just need to add proper deadzone settings that allows to set freely any value from range between 0-100 separate for both LEFT and RIGHT sticks (and even better if separate for each axis). Only time I ever had drift was in the last 10 hours or so I played and that's because I dropped the controller and the stick is a little whack. I have over a hundred hours in Dying Light, all using a controller. For example, PlayStation Configuration Support. Click on the GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTING button. At first I thought what a nice feature after the long sleep, that the main character must be somewhat dazzled, but obviously its just not a feature.Ĭould u please fix it please?!? They can't, it's your end. Here’s how you can fix a not working PC controller on Dying Light. In no other game there is sth like this happening. Tried three gamepads, two xbox one, one x360 pad, everything's drifting like hell. Originally posted by Jebbel:haha, funny thing, still two year later it's an actual issue. Honestly it's not enough of an annoyance to download third party software to fix it, I'm just more annoyed that the game would be set up like this when literally none of the other games I've played has this problem (namely Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided). I tried calibrating my xbox one controller, and while the joysticks are a tiny bit worn, they are only 4% off center. I've got absolutely no clue what could be causing this, or why the game thinking the controller is an xbox one controller would change the output from the joysticks. I noticed that on the map screen, it seems that when I press the right joystick left, the button prompts stay as PS4 and the movement stops, but when I move the stick in any other direction the button prompts switch to xbox one and the cursor keeps drifting. I noticed something though.the button prompts keep switching back and forth from xbox one to PS4, even though my xbox one controller is turned off. Click on the “Apply/Synchronize Settings” button.I tried using my PS4 controller which has been used CONSIDERABLY less, and I get the same issue.Extract the zip to the folder where Dying Light is installed. Run the x360ce_圆4.exe application in the Dying Light folder.
